Pros:
You get to put the top down when the sun is out and get some breeze.
Cons:
Your hair gets really messy in the wind, unless you're bald then you will get a sunburn on your head.
A bird may poop on your head when you are stopped at a light.
You may get wet if it suddenly rains.
Everyone can see inside your car better as they are driving by.
Your hat or scarf may fly off.
Nine years ago I dated a guy that had a convertible, and all of the above cons happened to him. I have long hair and always had to bring a brush with me when I rode with him. He was at a red light when the bird pooped on his head.

hair blowing, attract lots of attention i guess. downside (i know thats not what u asked for but what the hell) ur interior will become dirty fast, if the car flips ur screwed
