Verizon never drops my calls and cingular did. Verizon has call centers here in the USA, employing people who speak fluent English. Cingular has call centers in India and Pakistan, and they can't understand you to help you.
I'd go with the Verizon plan. (I get service from several remote locations in the Idaho mountians with them- they have an amzing coverage area.)

Depends where u r. I've had both. My experience in the bay area is that verizon gets to more places but Cingular is catching up. I now have Cingular with no problems.

Verizon, is the best.
Cingular is cheaper.
