Neither is politically corrrect.
I suppose, as Caucasian is used to describe white people on things like applications (if someone wants to include that) then ***** would be the equal. "Colored" isn't used at all.
I don't seen anything wrong with "Black" and "White". Sure, people's colors range from cream-colored to dark brown; but when someone is talking about a race "Black" and "White" seem to do the job, don't they?
I know some people prefer "African Americans" and would try to respect that, but many people (of either race) think the "African" shouldn't be included when talking about people who never lived in Africa. (Some people like to use "Irish-Americans" or "Italian-Americans" too, but I'm not a fan of those descriptions either when the people have never set foot in Ireland or Italy.)

***** and colored have such negative stigmas attached to them. You might as well say ni**er. The correct term is American, African-American if you must specify their ethnicity. Mexicans and Chinese people are born in America however they don't call themselves Mexican-American or Chinese-American. They are American, specifically Latino and Asian.

I'm so sick of political correctness. People will always get offended regardless of how carefully you picked the terminologies you use. And ***** or colored is pretty much outdated.

African-American. The other words are pretty much old fashioned and some consider them derogatory.
