I was sixteen. I don't know if there is an average age but I would guess in the teens.

i had a serious boyfriend when i was 13-15 but i do not think i was in love in love until i was 17-18. He broke my heart but not in an a**hole kinda way. It was a long time ago, wow almost 20 yrs ago. Alot of life has happened since then.

the first time i thought i was in love i was 15..but I found it for real when I met my husband at age 16..I am 25 and still married to him now.

probably 4 yrs old...i can remember daydreaming in my summer nities on a summer eve upon going to bed about a boy i really liked( loved?) that was playing on down the fort by the gully that day with all us friends. it stands out perfectly for me as # 1

I'm 52 and I remember it like it was yesterday. We were in the fifth grade, and there is no doubt in my mind that we were in love, as much as fifth graders can be in love.
