Some of the big points of Oprah's diet include no eating anything at all after 7:30 pm and no alcohol. Those are good diet ideas.

She's been successful in loosing a great deal of weight and getting to a size 12. I don't know how anybody, except an idiot, could think a size 12 is fat. A lot of people who write those books have never been through it. She has and has been successful.
