What exactly do you have to write about?
Some ideas:
your hobbies
your favorite movies, rock stars, movie stars, etc.
your plans for the future (what do you want to be when you grow up?)
what would you do if you were President of the United States for a day (or a week?)
what rules that affect your life would you change? (like your bedtime, for example)
How are these suggestions?

If you are the 4th grader, then write about what interest you, and you should not be on here. tsk tsk
Second, if you are not the 4th grader, then how bout asking the 4th grader what they are interested in, and have them write about it in their journal.
