theres alot of blood gushing out what do i do?? also how much do i have to bleed until it becomes serious

Wrap some piece of cloth or a sticker around it. Put pressure on the wound. This is very effective to limit blood loss. You can also try to put an ice pack against it; this will cause blood to flow at a slower pace. However, applying pressure is more effective.
It should stop bleeding within a few minutes. If it doesn't you should go to a hospital.

As gross and scary as it may look, you're unlikely to bleed to a serious extent from a cut finger. If it's over 1/4 inch deep, or if the blood is spurting rather than oozing, go to the ER for stitches. If not, hold the cut closed and put bandaids on tightly, but not so tight as to cut off your circulation, of course.

DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM "999"
can't say much to help you but..... go to the sink leave cold tap on running until the blood slows down diverts else where... it'll bleed quite abit under the water but will adventually slow down i'd keep it under the sink 15-20mins no longer if bleeding does NOT stop dial 999 and do NOT drive to hospital Do NOT as ur bound to go dizzy feel sick etc.. any problems just call us on here ok :)

Go to the emergency room right now and have it checked by a nurse. You may need to have a few stitches if it's bad enough. Don't play doctor with your health. If there is a lot of bleeding, wrap the wound with toilet paper and go to the hospital.

Put direct heavy pressure on it with a paper towel. See if it stops bleeding after about 5 minutes, if the blood starts to clot. If not, get to a hospital you silly monkey!

Wash your finger with warm luke water and then once the blood stops, wrap a cotton ball and spread out first. Then you wrap it around your finger, you then get a bandage and apply Hydrogen Peroxide on the bandage and the cotton ball. Remove the cotton ball and get the alcohol bandage. Must be at least 70% alcohol, make sure to the bandage is wrapped TIGHTLY!

IF THE WOUND IS REALLY GUSHING YOU NEED TO GET TO A DOCTOR ARE HOSPTAIL LIKE NOW, IF YOU START TO FEEL FAINT THEN CHANCES ARE YOU HAVE LOST TO MUCH BLOOD IF THE WOUND IS REAL SERIOUS CALL 911 AND SEEK HELP NOW HOPE YOU ARE OKAY.

If you cut your finger and are bleeding alot then maybe just maybe you should go to the local hospital to get it looked at to see if you need stiches or not. Do Ya think?????????????
