Does anyone know of a sight I can go to and download free graphic tools that makes pictures look cool? Like add stuff to photos and stuff like that?

If you don't want to trash your wallet, you could try Photoshop Elements. It runs about $50-60. It will do many of the cool things Photoshop does but it's cheaper and easier to use. There is also a program called Corel Knockout 2. It runs $45-99. If you want to extract a person or thing from one photo and combine it with another it'll do the trick.

ive got a couple of programs the one i like is jasc paint shop pro
and jasc animation shop you can get the full programs on limewire under a program search .
stay away from file sharing programs like kazza it comes with a lot of nastys.
limewire free virsion is clean and you will find it in there .
the download would be a few hundred mb
