Go to the toolbar at the top of the screen the one with 'file' and 'edit' on it. Go to the option that says View and then click on 'Text Size' there will be a protruding menu that says
Largest
Larger
Medium
Smaller
Smallest
Choose the one that best suits your needs. Repeat same process if you want the text to be smaller....

Go to control panel and increase the text size. One way of doing it is to change the resolution to a smaller level. It really depends on which operating system you are using though.

On your browser, go to the top and select VIEW, then TEXT SIZE.
If you are talking about your monitor, right click on your screen (away from any files or folders) and select PROPERTIES. Then select the SETTINGS tab, and move the SCREEN RESOLUTION bar on the bottom left. :)
