noo!! even if they could do you really think steve would want or allow that ?? hell no!! he would turn over in his grave if he thought the ray was going to be killed !! it was a horrible freak happening!! very sad, and i pray for his family....the world has lost a great human ....and we need more like him!!! the world would be a better place if we did :) god bless steve irwin!!!

neither, it will live its life normally. Steve Irwin wouldn't of wanted it killed because as an admirer of wildlife and an activist, he understands the tendencies of deadly animals.

They don't die from using their venom, and no, it won't be put down, Steve wouldn't have wanted it, and honestly, how on Earth would you be able to track down that specific stingray?
