To remove Ink:

Apply warm oil of turpentine, by rubbing the spot it will extract ink Warm the turpentine by putting the it in the warm water

Put it in the washing machine.
The paper may be in a bit of a state, but u didnt say how u wanted that.

there are special erasers out there that can erase ballpoint ink.

its usually blue in color and is grainy.

you can get a rubber to erase it, be careful though not to press too hard or you will get the colour of the rubber on the paper

in the good old days when you used to be able to forge mot certificates . we used DOT3 brake fluid

is that possible? when we were kids we would lick our finger and scrub at the paper , resulting in a dirty smudge!

lemon juice will remove it, don't use too much, just dab it with a cotton ball
