both these terms confuse me and the way they are used. Nationality is the country you are born in, right? from what i researched Mexico is 60% mestizo (native american and spanish) 30%native american, 9%white, 1% other. How come Mexican Americans never mention they are of Native American descent, they usually just identify as Mexican rather than saying they are mestizos, native americans, or spaniards.
