If you are interviewing someone.
1) What can you contribute to this (business, Company, ect)
2) What are some of your goals?
3) What are some things you have accomplished or are proud of in your life?
4) Why do you want to work here?
Plus it depends on what type of place it to know what questions to ask.

Is this a Full time position.
Benefits : 401 K, Health/dental insurance, Vacation.
Is the room for advancement.
Is overtime required.
Do Weekends have to be requiered.

ok...really, don't forget that YOU are interveiwing THEM as well!
1) ask what the company is doing for it's employees: how often do they give raises and at what rate?
2) will you get vacation and sick pay?
3) do they offer medical?
4) stock options?
5) 401k or other?
