The 351w is a tall deck version of the 302. This means the block is a slightly bigger, but when you bolt on the heads, they will stick out side to side a little more.

the clevland motor is the same size externally,the windsor is slightly wider due to the deck height of the block being about 3/8" higher,about 3/4".

Yes, what more are you looking into? The 351 has a bigger crank, and higher deck for sure.
