No, because fried isn't good for you even grilled foods aren't even halthy, chocolate hershey?? you excluded milk and yogurt cream cheese is okay... but it seems you have several unhealthy foods like donuts, bread should be whole grains or multi-grain.

Cut the donuts and syrup. Only bake the ham, don't fry it. To make up for the lack of food, eat more eggs. Make sure the bread is whole wheat. Maybe some peanut butter on the bread.
You are like nine feet tall and mostly muscle, right?

no because your mixing good stuff with bad stuff if you just had 2 eggs the ham the veggies the bread and salmon and cream cheese then you would be good
