they're called running stadiums. serious, they are. we do um at my school for lacrosse. like if you run 2, you ran two stadiums.

dragging my *** up every single step in this massive pit of physical hell and anguish and then, after reaching the top, rolling my nearly dead self back down to the depths so that I can do it again about 15 yards from where I just gave myself the previous *** kicking. THAT'S WHAT I CALL IT!!!!
