It's really crap now. The only good actors are the person who plays Dot, and Sonia (Natalie Cassidy)

It's been crap for a long time. Frankly, it's just a joke and the acting is dire!

All Dot does is smoke, all Sonia does is whinge and change her sexuality more than she changes her socks!

P.S. sally o, you do know that Mike Baldwin was in Coronation Street NOT EastEnders don't you?

Eastenders has always been my favourite soap and the storylines at the moment are very touching where Billy & Honey have just become new parents to a baby who has Down Syndrome's. Come on, you've got to admit it's better than Coronation Street & Emmerdale?!

Eastenders is absoluitely crap now, havent really watched it for 6 weeks now (before that watched it regular from 1985) and as you say the only good actors watchng are Dot Cotten and Sonia Fowler (or whatever her name is now)

Like Pat Butcher and Pauline Fowler only/

before staceys pregnancy, she was good, now she's boring.

I like pauline the moody old cow.

Ian beale will forever be a Legend.

Sonia is a bad actress.

Dot too is legendary, long live dot and jim.

The whole honey/billy/janet storyline is bad taste: Their misfortunes have been seen as quite comical throughout, then a downs syndrome child? That meant to mean that having a Downs child is bad, but funny? Hmm.

It is a pretty depressing programme

Same old story lines...
They need to stop giving whole episodes to one story...we want snippets and good positive stuff happening...

Dot and Jim win the Lottery and refurbish the square, kick out some of the boring characters....the writers and characters are too predictable

I really like the Honey and Billy story. Well done Beeb for raising the issue of Downs Syndrome. I'm so fed up with people only wanting 'perfect' babies, as if Downs is something to be ashamed of.

The most depressing show to come out of the BBC. Not one ounce of humour in it. At least Cornation stree has wit and good sense of humour. Ere Ricky you going over the Vic? no mate lol

The best story line and actors for me this year was the playing hard to get relationship with Kevin and Denise. I watched their love blossom lol Where the hell have they gone now ?

i think the honey situation with little un is really good and sad, it will make more couples realise that having a down syndrome baby isn't as bad as it looks, there absolutely adorable and very loving, and have so much too give back to there family. too many people are ignorant.
