I heard that if you are not a US CITIZEN that you can still vote even if you don't have any kind of citizenshipin the United States.

Nope, despite all the cynical answers that say "yes, if..."

One could try...they might even get through, but the bottom line is that it's not allowed. There will always be the person says "well if it's not allowed, then how come so-and-so did it and they're not a citizen?" Remember, even if somebody speeds on the freeway and doesn't get caught, it's still illegal.

You could not vote in a US election, because while the Constitution does state that there "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied by the US or any state on account of sex, race, color or previous condition of servitude(slaves), or failure to pay a poll tax and if you are age 18 or older" you must be a citizen to vote. you also can't be a convicted felon.

No true. No you cannot vote in the US if you are not a US citizen and dont have a green card. You cannot even vote if you have a green card if you dont have citizenship. Citizenship is required to vote in the U.S.

There's a lot of stupid answers to your question. The simple fact is, a non citizen cannot vote. Besides being the law of the land, it simply makes common sense!

Sorry but you have to be an American citizen to vote in the US. There's no way around it.

No you can't vote. You have to be a U.S. citizen (either born in the u.s. or a naturalized citizen). Who ever told you that does not know what he or she is talking about.

Anyplace you find out they're doing that, put it on here, we'll get Congress to straighten THAT out, pronto. Voting is a right of US citizens ONLY.

sounds like a scare tactic to me... I've heard people say this sort of thing but they have never mentioned how, and when I voted, I had to prove who I was.

No. that is not true. You cannot vote even if you have a greencard. My sister-in-law has a greencard and cannot vote in the US.
