I have the same problem, my breasts will hurt anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks before my period due to normal hormonal fluctuation. When I got pregnant my breasts didn't start hurting for a couple of months so I knew something was different. For me, being pregnant did not feel like being on my period 24/7 I felt much better, the breasts got tender when the morning sickness started and thats simply another subject for another time.
I'd recommend trying a pregnancy test if you still don't think you feel right.

My boobs started to hurt almost right after I conceived, they hurt so bad I could hardly put a bra on, and it was worse to take it off... Maybe you are pregnant, every woman reacts differently... good luck!
