i think you mean zarautz if thats the case i'ts a city /area east of bilbao

Zarautz is a lovely small town in Euzkadi on the northern basque coast of Spain...
It's about 20 kms. west of San SebastiÃ¡n and 100 kms. east of Bilbao.

It has become well known in the last years because the most famous chef on spanish television (Karlos ArguiÃ±ano) has his restaurant there, and some of the programs are taped with views of its beach...

I have not found any other town with the name spelled exactly as you have given, and Zarautz is the closest match to your spelling.
