So many of my students (college freshmen) are on a career path to money and success, instead of seeing their experiences in college as offering anything more. Hilton already has money (and some might argue success), but cannot she benefit from a college degree, too? (especially given that our society values one so much in today's economy and culture!) Yet, few question the fact that she has little education (merely a GED, after dropping out of an elite high school in Manhattan).

Okay she probably could benefit from going to college, many people can. She probably could do well in college too, I mean you do have to study and work hard, everyone does. But I doubt that she will, only because of the way her life is now. Like how some people picture her as a star and all of that.

There is a difference between book smart and common sense and from Paris Hiltons latest actions i would say that she is a little lacking in the common sense department. College only provides you with the information and you have to put that information to use by yourself. A college degree will only give her more information on things she will probably never use so what would be the point in her going if she wouldn't use it. Besides Paris Hilton was born with what most of us aren't blessed enough with to have that is a life of fame and glory were she would never have to lift a finger if she didn't want too. In the end i believe that Paris Hilton should not go to college

no, i dont think she should go to college to prove anything to anyone. she never needs a piece of paper like that for anything ever. a lot of people don't. why are we looking to her of all people as some sort of role model? shes only represents less than 3% of the planet...i wouldn't worry about paris.

shes dumb. College is for smart people who have the grades to get in.
I don't like that college has become more of a "social" thing than a learning thing. Stop drinking and start studying, kids!

I expect Paris would find it difficult to pass the entrance exam to any college...well, maybe clown college, but they won't have her. She has enough problem trying to pass a breathalyzer test.

it wouldnt help her any. it wouldnt improve her driving, it wouldnt help her get a job, she doesnt need a job with her money (seriously) - shes set for life. it wouldnt help her get famous because her money already has done that for her. i dont think it would help her benefit from anything. she would still refer to everything as being "hot" and she would still act all innocient and a blond.
