You really need to go see a doctor. If you are taking birth control pills, you may need to have them changed. If not you could have an infection.

Well off the top of my head, it can be your birth control, if you are extrememly overweight that happens or you just don't get your period sometimes, or it could be a sign of pregnancy, I would definitely recommend making an appointent for your gyno.
