Hey meatheads, I didn't ask who was a better QB. I asked who is a better start for week 1. Based on their matchups they should both do great. Peyton will be in a shootout and Kurt will be in a rout.

I know this is contrary to what everybody else is telling you, but go with Kurt Warner. He is healthy, he has incredible offensive weapons, he is out to prove that it is his job, and finally he is playing against San Francisco. Look what Warner did against San Fran last year. They are dreadful against the pass.

Manning is great, but he is playing against a much stauncher defense. Also, with an unsure running game, the Giants can drop all their people back.

Bottom line, Manning is the better quarterback, but Warner has the better match-up. Go with Warner.

I made it a point to draft heavy on RBs and take Warner later since he is in a weak division, has a better running game to support the pass, and wicked wideouts. Start him over Manning as the Giatns D will be more disruptive than the 49ers.

This is one of those rare weeks where if you really want to hang your balls out, you play Warner.

Warner killed SF last year, and they are no better this year.

Manning could be even better, but he is playing a much better team. Withour Edge he might throw more, so he's a great play every week.

Either guy could easily go for three scores, and a pile of yards this week.

Ride the Warner train until he's hurt. Why not... just be prepared for the insults if it doesn't work out...

I would go with Manning at all times. But it is a good question, because Warner might put up a huge week. Warner also has two 1000 yard WR's and is playing a crap defense. But stick to Manning.

Is this a joke? No, seriously, you have to be kidding.

edit: Come to think of it, Warner is so freaking injury prone anymore, and has a great young QB at his heels, I'm not even sure if I'd want him on my roster, much less in a situation where I'm not sure to start him or the best stats QB in history. Drop Kurt. Seriously.

The Jacksonville the front 7 are great bypass rushers and in view that Indy will maximum in all probability be passing the total sport it takes the guessing out of the offensive scheme. Jacksonville can eliminate the run sport (fifty seven.0 yds in line with) and stress passes (16 deflections). STL has allowed one hundred 44.0 rush yds and one hundred sixty 5 bypass yds in line with sport. searching on the matchups in spite of the reality that, STL performed Denver and San Fran- Jacksonville has performed Dallas and Pittsburgh. I hate to placed Manning down, yet i might want to lean in route of starting up Warner. it truly is probably a fifty 8-40 2 ratio.

stop joking around, you know whois better, peyton. Trade or cut Warner. He hardly ever passes now. Pick up Joey Harrington, he will play soon if Daunte Plays like he did yesterday all year.

Kurt Warner should go back to stocking soup cans at the grocery market.
