The chicken... Logically, the regulation of causality says that each result HAS A reason. The egg, all of us know, is brought about with the help of a chicken laying the ingredient. So, we've the egg, which all of us know is an result and the chicken which all of us know is the reason. many people say, what brought with regard to the chicken, yet the following (and rightly) the regulation of causality would not want a reason. First reason arguments have surely determined that there ought to be a God. something had to initiate each thing and logically conversing that ingredient would not might want to be brought about by using the undeniable fact that's, in and of itself, ceaselessly self existent. So, the chicken comes first. P.S. heavily, it is the authentic. seem up first reason arguments. technology, philosophy and faith ALL AGREE in this aspect. even as they say, what got here before the large bang or who created God the answer is continuously, there replaced into no before. it is the authentic of the line.

Assuming you believe in evolution, the egg would have came first.
The egg would have been laid by an animal similar to the chicken, but slightly less evolved. This chicken would have been formed by a mutation in the DNA. DNA is extremely complex, and when copying it, sometimes things go wrong, so a mutation forms
This chicken would have a feature better suited to survival in its conditions than its predecessors, and therefore where some of its predecessors would die in these conditions the chicken would survive. The chicken would then mate with one of its predecessors and some of its offspring would also have the gene making it a chicken, and gradually through survival of the fittest, the non-chickens would become extinct to leave the chickens to roam the earth.

It definitely had to be the egg. Now how could the chicken get here without an egg. Okay now you are a man, which came first the man or the baby. Now a sperm for the baby and a sperm for the egg. So I suppose you want to know in detail who made the sperms. Well a good question? The Lord of Host who created the universe. God created our functioning and he is the only one that can complete the question of more details to your answer. So when you get to the end I want to know too.

The answer to this is the EGG !
The reason is that you have two - 'almost chickens' that mate (genetic mutation takes place at the point of conception) and a fertilised egg of a chicken is produced.
Also, the reason why it can't be the chicken is that all chickens come from chicken eggs - the DNA of the chicken is determined at the formation of the fertilised egg!

The chicken did, the egg was of another birds', but the soon-to-be chickens' DNA got mutated and formed the chicken. No, I'm not making this up.

the answer is obvious: the egg.
why? because as one of the previous respondents said rooster and a hen....what did they produce ?????? an egg
even if all that is bull the first chicken has to evolve from an egg. pure logic.
