It sounds like a miracle. However let's remember he survived the crash but not uninjured. If he ever gets out of the hospital, will he wish he'd died? Sometimes surviving isn't a blessing.

He survived because someone was close by and he was the first one to the plane and he pulled the co pilot out and when he pulled him to safety the plane caught on fire

I dont know how he survived but he did have severe injuries and several broken bones. Guess it was a miracle or are you trying to say that something else was going on???????
