should i start winslow over cooley?

Not bad team, though Winslow is a risk. Cooley doesn't get a lot of production, so I would take the risk. Depending on how your league is scored, a mediocre TE like Cooley is only gonna be worth 5-6 points. Winslow could be double that, or only 2 points. It's worht the risk at that position.
Now, do you play a D/ST or kicker in your league? IF so, who are they?

No start Cooley. Cooley should tear up Minnesota who is weak at stopping TEs. I hate leagues that start 3 RBs.

Good team and I would start Cooley for now or until Winslow proves himself or you can pick up another TE.

cooley - winslow you need to see how he performs for a couple of games before inserting him.
I hope you have a backup qb - My guess is that Lienart takes Warners starting pos. by the end of the year.
I have moss, so here hopes he does well for the skins.....

Winslow is a bit of a risk, but it looks like you need to hope he come through.
