A couple of my friends have had them done. The best ones were my friends Kylee's - she had silicone put in them and it cost $7000.00 (silicone is way safe these days ask any plastic surgeon). The scar is an inch or less long right under her armpit (you can't even at all notice it). My other friend cheap-ed out a little and spent $5000.00 she got the saline about a year ago, and you can already see ripples at the side where they meet her arm - its looks gross. I would check out both options and see which one is best for you. Talk to a couple different plastic surgeons. They also offer payment plans for about $138/mos. The interest is about 38% pretty steep!!!!!! But they look good and can flatter any girl if you keep them in moderation. You need to do what will make YOU happy and only YOU!!!!

YES I did it 18 months ago and couldn't be happier! Everyone has their own reasons, mine was to make my body more proportionate. I didn't go up in size too drastically, though for some people that is what they want. Most of my co-workers and acquaintances who I see on a daily basis knew I looked different, but didn't know what I had done until I told them. LOL The cost can vary quite a bit in my area (Seattle) anywhere from $4000-$8000 depending on the doctor. Because you get what you pay for and afterall it is your body, don't automatically go for the lowest cost. I had consults with 3 different doctors before choosing the one I felt most comfortable with and she was in the mid-range for cost. Also check out their licensing to make sure that their certified with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In my state you can also check online to make sure there are no complaints against them. As with most surgery's there was some definite pain afterward, but between medication and sleep I was back to work in 5 days.

If you're like me you'll have people tell you that you should be happy with your body as is, but in the end it's you that has to be happy. So if you do the research and decide it's what you want to do then go for it. Good Luck!

I am thinking about it too, but I am going to wait untill after I have had children to do mine, because then as you probably know there will be extra skin, and it will look more natural when they put the implants in, because the skin won't have to be stretched, especially if you are getting a large size.

Depending where you get it, and what type you get it varies in price.

An approximate cost for breast implants in Canada is $5000- $6000 for saline and $7000-$8000 for cohesive gel depending on the province, surgeon, location & facility.

Good luck, im sure it will look great!

Trust me I've thought about it plenty of times but it's not worth it. I'm a small B and I've always felt bad about myself because of them. First of all, they are pretty expensive you have to find the right doctor make sure hes qualified, then you have to do it for yourself no one else, someone will love you for who you are. Plus there are many people who go for their first cosmetic surgery and can't stop. Sometimes chests look sunken in and almost all of them look fake. (Look up Paula Abdul and Vivica A. Fox) there are pics everywhere of how bad their boobs look. People can actually die with implants and become their chests can become disfigured, and sometimes it takes numerous corrective surgeries to fix the mistake. Just take what I'm saying into consideration: models are usually on the small side and they are considered to look better in clothing, you dont have to carry around the extra weight, and you can use a bra with some extra padding or "cutlets". JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH! I saw a special on tv that any almost any surgeon can perform cosmetic surgery to make more money when they aren't specially trained. Hope I helped!

A man's point of view here, we like natural. Breast implants don't really fool us any more than botox. Be yourself, that's what we like.

I have never had it done. I am comfortable with they way I am and I don't feel I need to change myself just for male attention. You don't need big boobs to be beautiful.
