If he has a gf and he still looks at you he might find you attractive or like you but doesn't want to cheat which is good. Would you want a guy who cheats on a gf? Maybe should go up to him and ask him to stop looking at you like that if he is not interested in you. Besides if he really likes you he'll come round till then the worse thing you can do is pine for someone who already is in a commited relationship. You might just want to play the field a bit and see how things go, and enjoy yourself.

So what is your question? You made a statement with a question mark at the end. Are you looking for sympathy, or suggestions? What?? If the guy turned you down because he's already committed to a relationship, I really don't see what the problem is. His girlfriend is lucky that he's true to her -- not all guys would be. So give up on this one and find one like him if you can.....

Its probably best that you don't even consider dating this guy. If he really does have a girlfriend and he's looking at you the way he does, then what do you think he is going to do if you guys ever dated? Find another guy, one who doesn't stare so much....

You're a girl, you're not supposed to do the asking despite what you have read in fashionista magazines.
Any girl that asked me out I would associate with being a feminist, and want nothing to do with relationship wise.

well..... he may hav a gf, but u shouldn't 2 comclusion so fast, if he said no sorry, then u still hav a chance, if just a straight up no, ask y but don't ask him so much that it would get on his nerves, or try e-mailing
