No! They will never ask for personal information either. They never contact by email. One of my wifes friends have won a couple of smaller prizes from them and was notified by SNAIL MAIL. She had to return a card to confirm the notification.

no, if anyone says they are Publishers Clearing House and wants money it is a scam.

No.They only ask you to subscribe to magazines.What you are talking about is probably a scam.
