A 3.5 mile brisk walk through the neighborhood followed by half an hour of yoga and or pilates and half an hour in the pool. Spread out through the day when I get off this computer.

day 1: arm curls and tricep pulldowns
day 2: bench press, butterflies, and military press
day 3: squats, toe lifts, and leg lifts
On day 4 you start over. This lasts 6 days. On day 7 you could either relax or in my opinion I like to swim laps. This is good for cardio and you use every one of your muscles when you swim.
