Learn to eat right. I recommend the South Beach Diet book which isn't really a diet, it's a book that teaches you how to eat right. It wasn't even written as a weight loss book, it was written to help people prevent diabetes and heart disease when they get older. An added benefit was that people do lose weight and keep it off.

Surgery....diet pills....cutting off a limb.

There is no magic for permanent weight lose. Even gastric bypass doesn't work if you don't change how you eat.

Do yourself a favor and make a decision to do some exercising and to make better food choices.

U can.By simply changing ur food habits.
1 Avoid oils and fat.
2 Drink lots of water 4 to 5 litres of water a day depending on ur weight.
3.Go for vegetarian food.
4.Avoid alcoholic beverages and other soft drinks.
These hints will give u results over a time without work outs and dieting.U should have patience. Good luck for u.

Hi there !
Remember this golden rule !
It is the calories you take in..which matters..not the quantity..
Dont diet at all. Instead, start replacing the high calories food items like non-veg and ice creams and fried items with vegetarian preparations.
Over a period of time, say gud bye to non-veg.. or at least reduce it to the maximum..
AND dont exercise..But who will not like to go out for some fresh air outside in evening hours ?During this time, make the walking brisk and hurried...so that if you should be sweating at the end of 25 minutes..approx..
and lastly..dont eat infront of the TV ( I mean while watching TV do not have food..)

Well, you could try anorexia or bulemia, which will result in your body eating your muscles because it has nothing left to eat, which will render you unable to regenerate muscle later on in life, cause you to start growing soft, fine hair all over your body to preserve warmth, and possibly lose your hair and teeth. There is also Liposuction. Otherwise, you could try eating healthy and exercising, which actually works very quickly when done correctly. I lost 82 pounds in a year and a half doing it the right way.

Good target, Wrong approach!

if ur serious try this for 2 weeks, every alternate day just eat Fruits, not Juices, Fruits thru out the day, nothing else all and as many fruits as u want, it has fiber will make u lose weight and u r skin will glow :)

I would choose to work out its the best way to lose weight and look n feel healthy :)

Get really sick, and then you'll lose weight.

There is no way to lose without exercise and diet - those are the magic combo to win.

You can stop drinking everything but water, and drink lots of water. It will help.

I lost close to 20 kgs without dieting.......How?????
I moved to Bangalore, was jobless for a month or so.... the tension was more than enough, and I guess the lack of yummy home cooked food made me eat lesser than usual.I guess if you drink around two glasses of water a little while before ur meal time,i guess ur appetite will reduce a little.( its best to check with a dietician though)

well if u dont wanna work out ordo dieting th en plz dont dream ofgetting slim
infact this will give a wrong impression on ur ealth
so plz take out time and go to gym for only an hour and u'll be slim soon

TRY EATING YR FOOD 6 TIMES DAILY BUT NOT LIKE WHAT U EAT.. VERY SMALL AMOUNT PER MEAL.. EX., IF YR TAKING 3 CHAPATI IN BREAKFAST TAKE TWO IN MORNING N TKE ANOTHER AROUND 11 N JUST LIKE THAT SPLIT IT. THIS TYPE OF EAING WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE YR THYROID PRODUCTION THUS HIGH METABOLISAM. DON TAKE CARBOHYDRATES OR SWEETS* AFTER 6 O CLOCK[EVENIN].. N TRY TO EAT LESS,, VERY LESS AT NIGHT.. A SWEET LESS, CARB LESS FOOD WILL WORK 4 THIS. LEAVE AT LEAST AN HOUR WITH DINNER N BED TIME.
