For the past 3 weeks I have felt very very tired. I only have a part time job, and no matter what time I go to bed (which for the past week I have been going to bed at 9:00-9:30) and I wake up at around 8:30... but why am I still soooo tired.
Does anyone have any ideas?

My guess is you just have a low level of iron in your body. You can either consume more through diet (that means increasing beans, spinach, liver; you can probably find some good recipies on the web), or take supplements. Just be careful if you take supplements, as there can be side affects, so talk with someone before you do.
Also, you are probably just mentally exhausted. Have you been stressed out about work, school or friends? I know I get worn down during the school year a lot. Try and just take a weekend for yourself. Curl up with a great movie collection, but don't pig out on really junky food. Then, just relax, and if you feel like taking a nap, take one. But only 15-20 mins, or else you'll feel even more tired.
Try getting away from the computer, too. Staring at a monitor for hours on end puts a real strain on your eyes, and this can make you really tired. If you have a job that requires you too be at a computer all day, take breaks every 30 mins or so. Even if it's just looking away for 30 seconds, it can help. Sounds like you've got great sleep habits, so that's good.
Hoep you feel better soon.

Sounds like you need a good check up and a few tests. You could be lacking something in your system. eg.Sugar lows. The only real way to find out is to go to a doctor and don't stop until you get an answer.
Is there anything bothering you lately that could be pulling you down.Sometimes this happens and we don't even realize it. Depression or something could be subconsciously slipping in.If there is find someone you are comfortable with and talk to them.
Been where you are and it's awful and confusing. Good luck

Sounds like you need vitamens. You are deficient in something. Start taking a HIGH POTENCY vitamen, drink some orange juice each morning, with coffee and see how youre doing then. Give it a week or so, and I bet you get better. Try it, I bet you are suprised.
