i can feel when i O every month and it hurts bad. i had sex the day before and after i started to feel this pain slightly and then the pain stopped and never returned. could i b pregnant?

You may "think" you feel when you O, I did too...However my OB/GYN said that it is possible to feel O pain either before, during or after you O. So with this said you may want to try an ovulation prediction kit to see an O pattern. You may be pregnant, you can take a home pregnancy test as soon as 5 days before your missed period(depending on what brand you use). Good luck.

Pregnancy has no relation with your pain of ovulation, the pain is mainly due to the congestion of the blood vessels in the area and the release of certain hormones and substances that aid in the ovulation process

It's possible, I usually found out that I was pregnant after not noticing my period was late. I usually depend on the pain to tell me it's due and missed two periods before I realized I had to be pregnant.

Wow i never heard of a girl feeling her ovulation before. If you miss your period you could be but take a test anyway. Take one now and then another when its 5 days after you missed your period. You should always comfirm the result with your doctor. Good luck.
