It's all about exercising and eating right. Exercise at least an hour everyday- it could be a sport, running, walking, dancing or any kind of workout that you love. When you do this you burn calories. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat so if you want to lose 10 pounds than you will have to lose 35000 calories. The best way to do this is:
1. Exercise and drink a lot of water. Water cleans out your system and will make you stomach flat. It will also refershen you and give you great skin ALSO to prevent acne. If you exercise you will burn calories no matter what you do. Be active and be competitive. Exercise is the best way
2. Eat healthy. Just because you want to lose wieght doesnt mean that you have to starve yourself. Eat alot of fruits, veggies and nuts. They are very healthy and you will hardly gain wieight. CUT OUT ALL JUNK FOOD: chips, soda, icecream, sugar....
Also try to eat a little less so you wont have as many calories to burn.
3. Dont stress out stressing out gets you all worried and also can give you pimples. Just relax and set your goal straight. If you stress out that can also put on weight and you feel very tense.
4. Confidence, Determination and Dont give up

I lost a lot of weight fast and it wasn't that hard for me. I still ate 3 meals a day, but just ate smaller meals. I did the low carb thing and cut out almost all of the bread and pasta and sugar and corn chips. Hardly any potatoes or rice either. On top of that, I did a lot of running. Miles and miles every day. To me, the biggest thing that kept me going was looking at the scale every day and seeing that it really was working.
But what I really need to say is that I don't know how much you weigh and I don't want you to get carried away. Do this: Tell your family and friends that you are thinking about losing another 10 pounds, and if they get shocked and say," OMG, girl, you are already too skinny!" then don't you dare try to lose more weight.
You see, there is really no way for me to know if you have anorexia or not.

Im trying to lose weight right now too. More than that though. My plan is to cut calories and go jogging. if I stick to it, I can lose 10 pounds in a month. Thats the healthy way and it will stay off.

First get mitivation! Like buy a really hot costume in the size that you would like to become. Next ask your parents if you could get rid of all the junkfood in the house,that way you won't be tempted to eat when you really aren't hungry. That's what adds unwanted poundage to your body. Next,STAY HYDRATED when you exercise. It's important to drink lot's of water when you exercise. Finally don't EVER stop eating no matter HOW desperate you get!!!! Eating good foods when you are hungry gives your body the energy to burn more calories faster while you exercise. Hope this helps!!!

7am-9am eat brown rice+red rice+black rice ,one bow(soup bowl) and mixed mushroom
+sweet potato ( chinese black mushroom,black fugus,white fungus),put some fresh ginger in clear soup., if u can`t find those mushroom ,..so the other kind can be .1pm -3pm u should drink small cup of natural plain yogurt mixed fresh calcium milk then put 1table spoon of natural honey then stir well and leave it about 15 mins after that put 1 table spoon of fresh lemon or lime juice then drink,,they will help to removed toxin,fat in colon..Try to do work out as much as u can at 3pm-5pm....Don`t eating after 6pm if u realy hugry so..eat some green apple or pear,drink more mineral water. The mushroom soup can removed fat from liver(detox),, green tea with green papaya also good for detox as well.. , U should do it 1 week and see the result...

For us ladies, that first 10 pounds is usually water. Try keeping hydrated but exercise and eat less red meat. Exercise will also help lose that 10 #s easier. Good Luck.

Stick to a regular exercise plan and do it every day no matter what. If that doesn't work you could go on a diet. I would recommend Medifast, because a lot of people I know have had tremendous success with it. Just stick to whatever you do and GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Eat fewer portions of your food, and exercise about 3 to 4 times a day. Drop the cokes, and replace it with water.

Go exercise, and stop eating junk food, drink water instead of pop, eat whole wheat bread/rice instead of white bread/rice. Eat fruits instead of sweets, carrot/celery sticks instead of chips. If you keep it like that for about 2 weeks, you should lose some weight.
