THAT IS CRAZY.

Wade had help winning the championship. including willams, Payton, O'neal, Morning, Haslem, and Posey. Lebron only had Z and Hughes and still came in 4h place in the east. if Lebron played with the Heat instead of wade they would of had a even better record.

Wade played for the team that won the title, so everyone's going to jump on the Dwayne Wade bandwagon because of it. He's a great player, but it's important to recognize that he's a very different player than Lebron. For starters, Lebron does not have the kind of help that Wade has. As old as Shaq is, he's still better than Ilgauskas by a lot. Haslem, Posey, Walker, Williams, Payton, Zo, are a deeper team than Gooden, Marshall, an injured Hughes, Murray (at least as of last season he was on the Cavs) and Snow.

James is a better team player and understands the game well. He's getting better with his outside shot too.

Wade can't shoot a lick from the outside. 17% from the arc. Still, he's extremely explosive and is a better defender than Lebron.

The jury's still out, but I'd still take Lebron.

With one shot left and the game on the line, I want the ball in Wade's hands. He's the guy that can create a shot from anywhere and draw the fouls and double teams better to get everyone else open. He also won the ring. Yes, he had shaq. One who could only hobble in the post season and is a shell of the former player he once was. Make no mistake: put James on the heat in place of Wade, and the HEAT would NOT be NBA champions.

To me they both are exceptional talented players but for some reason i think LJ gets more praise then dwyane wade. if u ask a non basketball fan who dwyane wade is chances are they have no clue who u talkin about but say lebron James and the whole world knows who u talkin about! Even though d wade is one of the best in the league rite now and he lead the heats to victory and picked up a MVP award he doesn't get all the respect and attention as he deserves!!!

Technically, Lebron is better than D.Wade, HOWEVER, what D.Wade did with the Miami Heat is incomparable. He single handedly lifted the team past the Mavericks, when Heat was down on their knees. I believe that both of them are equally the best, along with Kobe Bryant.

cause Dwade won the championship as well as Finals MVP. Lebron did not. thats pretty much the big seller right there. I like Wade alot, but i have to admit, if i were to take the first pick in the 03 draft, i'd still take Lebron.

Its mainly because Wade is and probably always will be... We can knock Wade for having help but if we go back to the trade one of Shaqs main reasons for going to Miami is the young man in question

I say they are different players. I like Dwade because he seems to be much more of a team player, has a ton of heart and thinks on his feet - LJ - is an awesome player - however, he is a little too Hollywood - Wade is much more humble (may take him further)

,As you may have noticed the answers are quite mixed to your question. Actually they are both good players, but have a long way to go, to make it to the basketball hall of fame. People are giving you their personal opinions and due to what team they favor, may be a little bias. I like both of them and to be fair I don't pit one against the other, for they actually play differently and always keep me on my toes.
