No need to be concerned, that's still within the normal range, 28 days is more an average than what 'everyone' experiences. I just started having 28 or 29 day cycles a couple years ago, after having 37 day cycles for years previously. Gynocologist told me it's perfectly normal.

If your cycles start coming closer than a week or two together, or if you start bleeding for much longer than you used to (like 10 or 15 days as opposed to the 3 to 6 days you might normally have), then you might visit the gynocologist to have things checked out.

No you shouldn't be concerned. Your cycle can change every 6 months to every 15 years. It is normal. Only be concerned if you experience abnormal bleeding such as too many periods in the space of 3 months.
