Not this year that I know of. I know what your talking about though. They usually hire designers (when needed), and they have to show portfolios and all that stuff. Tell your cousin "Congrats" from me. I remember last year they had that the conest but not this year I think.

No. They hire designers who have been trained in design school. They are interviewed at their home office and need to present a portfolio. Any fashion company will do the same.
