at the top of your browser click on "Tools" then "Internet Options". A window opens and your home page is the first thing on there. You can type in an address or if you are already on the page you want just hit "Use Current"

In Internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, and type the address of the page you want as home page (or click on current page, if that is what you want). Similarly for other browsers.

properly , attempt to re setting up chrome . btw in the previous u try this , try this try . Open different browsers like "IE" , "Opera" or moziall or regardless of u have . see if an identical concern exists ? If confident, then there is no ought to re setting up chrome , there is a few utility u have put in that have substitute the internet settings and whatever u do it won't substitute back till u uninstall that utility . So check out ur classes and have and notice of something like "bing seek bar" or different stuff which will have put in bing seek engine to all of ur browsers.
