This isn't indigestion. It sounds like you have strained your muscle in your chest wall because you choked on your drink earlier and this has caused you to cough up a bit of blood.
However, coughing up blood is not a good sign. If the pain is severe go to A&E incase you have ruptured something you never knew you had or caused something to bleed such as a esophagul ulcer.

It's possible that you swallowed an excess amount of air by choking on the water. By doing that, you placed a higher amount of air pressure on the esophagus until the air moved into the stomach. This could've torn, or ruptured, your esophagus.
You could have also injured your left lung or trachea (windpipe) by choking on the water.
A ruptured esophagus or a respiratory system injury require immediate medical attention. Call your physician, explain the situation, and ask him/her what you should do. If your doctor's office is closed, please visit your local Urgent Care clinic or an emergency room.

It sounds like something has just gone down the wrong way.. it happens, but since you coughed up blood, I'd go see a doctor, just to be safe, rather than sorry.

Hey
I wouldnt panic go make an appointment to see your doctor ASAP
Definitely something wrong but I wouldn’t take any notice from any of the diagnosis you have received from here could be a number of things we only get one body and its up to us to take care of it
Your doctor will have a better idea and may refer you for an xray and a scan
Take care and I hope its nothing serious
