I think you are referring to Mr. Willy Wonka? Or Mr. C Ray Not There Nagin?
I do see slow and steady progress in the city, which is good and he does get some credit for. I think there is less divisiveness in the City Council and between the city council and hizzoner, which also helps quite a bit. I think some people expect the city is supposed to just pop right back overnight, which is absurd. I think that too many people are waiting for someone else to help them get their life and their city back on its feet, this only slows the progress.
C Ray is spending too much time out of the city right now. He should be here and be visible, on both good progress and setbacks. He should also provide more information to the residents, since I believe things are happening but I just don't know what they are and I would prefer it not come filtered through the media.
People forget that we only had two real choices for mayor and neither stood far ahead of the other. We should support the mayor as much as possible and focus on self-reliance and working together to rebuild the city.

Your opinion fortunately is a moot point. He can only serve two terms by law. Hopefully the new administration will find ways to protect our nation without destroying it's foundations.

Firstly President Bush can not run again, he has only two four-year terms terms, he now has two more years on the second one
I think under the circumstances he has done as well a job as anyone might have

Heavens no!
Thank goodness we have laws in place that prevent a US president for serving for more than two terms. Dubya will have ruined the US enough in his 8 years, thanks anyway.
I wonder what country the next unfounded invasion will be launched against?
