Which do you do: milk or cereal first?

Question

Do you pour the milk in first or the cereal first? All my life I've put the milk in first and then I add the cereal.

Hmm.......well, so far I never met anyone who does it this way. I've even had people try an convert me to the cereal first way!!

The fate of the world could depend on this.....

Hahaha the fate of the world depending on this? Oh jeez... well I do cereal first but sometimes I will accidentally put the milk first and then pour in the cereal and the cereals start floating and what a disaster!

I usually fill my bowl up to the top of the spoon with milk. Then I add the cereal. That way, I have a better idea of how much milk there is and how much cereal I am ready to eat as a result. If I add fruit or cereal, I must take that into account as well too!

Well what came first the chicken or the egg. Cereal goes first so you know how much milk to use. If you try to put milk first, it will splash out all over the place, and the cereal will not absorb it so readily. Jesus what an upsetting question.

I gotta put the cereal in first, sorry. Lol. I don't want my cereal floating in way too much milk, and if I pour enough cereal in to soak up all the milk, I may not be able to eat it all!! I guess you just have to have to practice your technique for a while, to do it properly.

I put my cereal in first. If you put the milk in first, there is the chance that it will spill over the edge of the bowl when you add the cereal.

Do not worry about changing for anyone else. Sometimes it is good to be different & we all have our little quirks. It is what makes us interesting. And I am sure if you have been doing it that way all your life, you are parcticed enough not to make the milk spill over.

If not, we have all the expression not to cry over pilt milk.

i always put cereal first, and then the milk. but then if i put too much milk i go and put more cereal.
