Actually it doesn't conflict with his faith. So your question is pointless. The constitution was written by Christians.

His faith has always come first, and the constituion a distant third. His greed comes second. He thinks that God's law is the only law that matters, evidenced by the way he calls the terrorists evil and how he says we have to "combat the evil".

Absolutely he definitely would uphold the Constitution! He swore an oath. Of course men of faith wrote it, so there shouldn't be a problem.
