If my place of worship was selling Certificates of Salvation, I would leave the congregation.

I already have my ticket to Heaven by accepting Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. He has paid the ultimate price for my (and everyone else's) sins by dying on the cross. All you have to do is truly believe that, ask Him to forgive all your sins, and turn from your sinful ways.

It's a sin, I think, to sell objects for profit that have been "blessed by God".
If your place is, they're really sinning.
If you buy one you're just plain dumb and should go buy some of that "Holy Water" that that midget preacher sells and gets some old folks to shout about it. And fat women.

Can you buy one without having to accept anyone into your heart? Is it a guaranteed ticket to heaven? Can I buy one from all faiths to be sure I'm set for the afterlife?

The Catholic Church did this in the middle ages (they called them "indulgences"). The reaction to this fraud sparked the Protestant Reformation. You mean the Protestants are doing this now?

No way, Jose!!!
Having a piece of paper that says you're saved doesn't make you saved. That decision is between you and God :)
