Insider info right here my dear!

Absolutely - http://www.couponmom.com is the BEST! It is a free service that shows you the best deals at your local grocer by combining in store specials with the coupons you can find online and in the newspaper. I use it & get things free all the time. Even if I don't need the product & it's free, I'll get it & give it to a friend or donate it to a local food bank / shelter.

I've even been able to buy over $100 worth of groceries for $6 using her method. It's pretty ingenius.

You can find specific brands on the site, but another tidbit is to sign up through your favorite brand's Website's club programs. They'll send you coupons in the mail or via e-mail. Lots of times they'll give you exclusive offers/samples on new products.

I'm not really a fan of ebay for coupons - particularly since it is technically illegal to sell manufacturer coupons. Those coupon clipping rings make big profits on exploiting a loophole by selling their "clipping services" rather than the coupons. Who knows what that is funding...

Yes, ebay! You may pay a small fee but the savings are fantastic! Plus you choose the coupon you want. For example I have a cat - bought 20 coupons "buy 2 get 50cents off" for $1.50 total. The store had a sale on this plus double coupons - I paid 36 cents for 2 cans total that would have cost $1.59 for 2. The savings using two of the coupons well surpassed the $1.50 I paid.

be careful with coupon websites, many will sell your e-mail address and you will get a load of junk mail. Try Terry's list. Just type it in your browser. You get a free trial and it lets you know where to clip the coupons from and when stores are having sales. I recommend staying away from Coupon sites, or E-Bay is a good site too for coupons. I get them on specific items I need and recieve them in bulk.
