If by "everybody" hating America, you mean the rest of the free world, then, yes, it is mostly because of Bush. He acts completely without regard for diplomacy. The rest of the world sees America as brash bully waving the big stick of our bloated military, defying the Geneva convention, and doing whatever the heck we want in the world because we know nobody else can beat us up. So yeah, that's why other countries hate us.
Of course saying "everybody" hates America isn't really true at all. We're just talking a majority. And a majority of Americans do disapprove of Bush, but not everybody. And the reason he's president is because the only time it matters how many people like him is on election day.

Not everybody hates America. Not everybody hates Bush. He's president because obviously more people liked him THAT VOTED, than didn't THAT VOTED. There are a lot of opinions out there, but normally people only complain about things they don't like, so you only hear the voice of the dissatisfied people. The people that're fine and dandy never raise their voice to say Whoopee!!! I love Bush!!! Then the dissenters would scream louder. And no, I don't love Bush. I hate both the Democrats and the Republicans equally.

Personally, ever since the "War On Communism" aka the Cold War, most of the major countries of the world have had a poor opinion of us because they feel we "butted in" and got involved where we didn't belong. That we are trying to be the "world police" and impose American views on the rest of the world because we are so ethnocentric. BUT! Lately, when America doesn't get involved, there is crap about how since America is the most powerful and rich nation in the world, they should take care of every problem that comes along: Rwanda, Somalia, Israel, etc. So pretty much, it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't issue. I do thing that we are ethnocentric but some would refer to it as patriotism.

Because his brother is Governor of Florida!! It is common knowledge that Bush did not win the 2000 elections. As for 2004 there was some suspicions during that election too, but he was riding on September 11th. Oh and there is a lot of really ignorant people out there who vote on single issue kind of things. We also need to get more people educated about politics and voting.

I don't hate America and I certainly don't hate Bush! Most of the whining is coming from the treehugging, babykilling, save the dolphin but let the terrorists go free left. I think Bush is a hell of a man to be able to run the war and deal with the bleeding heart liberals at the same time!!!

The answer to that is no doubt very complicated. Some of us always hated what we could see that he really stood for- now others are finding out why. I has to do with blatant lies to the American people, oil connections, greed, the list goes on. I think some Americans voted for what they thought he stood for- they want to believe something that wasn't really true.
I say, have faith in God, but always question the government.

He's our president because a majority of the American voters (that voted) liked him. It makes no difference what the other countries think about him. He has some support from our true allies like Australia and Great Britain and a few more.

Pres. Bush is a fair and normal president. he makes good decisions and not so good one. It seems that in seeing polls he is low in ratings but as I hear from the people directly they support Pres. Bush. Polls unfortunately are a bunch of rubbish. It is a narrow poll and can be manipulated by the medias. You and only you can MAKE A JUDGMENT if the president is good or qualified. Iraq, hard to know best choice,Iran, clear to everyone they are a threat. China blandly vicious. I would not like to be the president either way you go people will complain -nature of man

Obviously because most American's don't hate him. For foreigners, Bush is just the answer de jour. Most foreign countries hated the US before Bush took office.
