Yes, just go to the site for which ever company the cell phone you want to send the text message to is from, then they should have a link to send text messages.

Yes it is. Search Pc to Mobile on the net, and you should find something. It isn't free (as far as I know) but hey, it's there.

Sure. Most mobile phones have an email address, like 12345678910@mycingular.net. You can email it like any other email address and they can reply.

There are other ways, but that's the easiest for me...
