why are people never satisfied?

what I mean by perfect is perfect for that person in every way not just looks wise.

Most men cheat simply because they want to get laid. Their wives/gf dont put out and he gets sick of begging(very hard on the ego). Or the sex at home just gets boring. Its not about love for men, only getting some action. Men get tired of women holding their vaginas as ransom. Time to get some action elsewhere. They stay with you because they love you.

There is no answer here. I guess society makes everyone think that they have to be perfect and that they are "missing out on something". I dont know who cheated on you or who you cheated with but you need to get over surface characteristics and find someone who loves you for who you are. Noone is perfect!!! People who are not satisfied with good personality are not worth your time.

Because people feel that there is always something bigger and better out there. This day in age we have so many choices, and we are taught never to be satisfied with what we have. Oh you want a meal at mcdonalds, well shoot you have choices, you want to supersize that, or super-dupersize that. I mean its like no matter what we have in our life, we are told its still not good enough. So bottom line people arent satisfied because they arent satisfied with themselves. If they just learn to be greatful for what they have, when they have it and who they have it with and see the beauty and specialness it what they have, they wont stray.

Ok... lol ill speak from my experience because i had this problem.Ive dated hundreds of girls, (and usually had sex with all of them.) But, as a child i was chubby and made fun of. i am now 15 and a half. and i grew up quick. The reason most people cheat is because they are insecure about themselves. (either there personality, looks, sex life, etc.) and there always trying to prove to themselves that they can do things that most cant.
Heres an example.
I was dating a BEAUTIFUL girl.... im talking about one of the sexyist girls on the planet. picture tila tequila, but black/hispanic and a bigger butt.
well after a few months i had deep inside me a feeling of like, damn well i think i can handle another girl, and i was trying to prove to myself that im not ugly/fat/ have no sex appeal anymore.
well i cheated on her. with another woman, then on the other woman cheated on her. in total i was seeing about 9-12 different woman a week, and making love to about 11 of them.
When i would be with my girlfriend (the first one,) i would be almost to tired to have sex with her. then she got suspicious, and had her brother follow me.
Unfortunately i didint keep that girl. She found out and left me. it broke my heart, but i had realized something. By cheating on another girl, im not pleasing my life, im just post poning the truth. which is. that good girls come once in a lifetime, so why risk losing her, and have to wait another lifetime to get her back....

Many people think the grass is greener on the other side and later they find out it's astro turf...sometimes life is not fair but thats how it goes...you just got to pick up the peices and do the best you can in life.
People just want more of everything in life instead if just being happy with what they got...some will never learn

Well, people cheat on each other even tho they have the most beautiful person or the perfect person,because they don't care about that person any more!!!

Because no matter how beautiful and perfect person you think you are, some people don't think the same way.. and there's always a little standart that can't be met by you, and hoping to find on others. Personally i hate a cheater! coz nobody can't fulfil others need/standart coz they are who have to complete themselves.. rather just expect others to complete them.. that's pretty pathetic!

Relationships require sacrifice, even with the perfect mate.
People cheat because a one-time fling with "second-best" requires no investment. It is simple self-gratification at its worst.
