as long as the mass of the object is constant, it does NOT depend on the mass of the cart. the equation you need to look at is this:

F=ma therefore, a = F/m

what does it mean? I'll give you a hint... change in acceleration is exactly linearly related to change in force. that should be enough info for you to do your own homework.

Depends on the mass of the cart.
If you were pulling a wagon with nothing in it and increased the force pulling it, it would be different than you pushing your dads car and then increasing the force.
