I have a flex RB/WR spot in my fantasy league and I don't know if I should start Wali Lundy, Kevin Jones, or Fred Taylor...my regular two RB's are Shaun Alexander and Reuben Droughns...the rest of my team is quite solid...any advice on my flex spot?

I'd go with the more experienced Fred Taylor at least while he is healthy. Lundy is a rookie and may struggle the first week against Philly. Jones plays under Martz who runs a throw-first offense...just ask Marshall Faulk and Steven Jackson.

Yuck. Tough choices.

I think Lundy will be a platoon with Morency and Dayne. Fred will have tough sledding against Dallas. KJ is a turd, and Seattle is tough.

Give Fraud Taylor a chance. He is in great shape this year, and Leftwich should throw enough to open some lanes for him.

I don't think one is clearly better than another. You have the right idea jamming an RB in that slot. Go Fred.

you have a wr you can start at this flex spot. i wouldn't play jones this weekend, detriot is playing against a better seattle defense. houston has ron dayne now so he will get all the goal line td's, so lundy wouldn't be much for scoring. taylor is running against the cowboys. hope this helps.

I would start Kevin Jones, since he has more potential points playing in Mike Martz offense.
