Oranges have lots of vitamin C. You can also go to Costco and buy those chewable vitamin c tablets (tastes like candy). They always help me a lot when I have a cold.

All fruit have Vitamin C...but some have more than others

All citrus are very rich, Oranges, Lemons, Limes,

But then also apples, pears, plums, kiwis,pineapple...I think kiwis are outstandingly rich with Vitamin C
And all the berries

Very important for a good vitamin C content of a fruit is how fresh it is. How long ago that it was harvested.

There are various berries like Acerola and this other one (darn I forgot the English name) they are so sour they can not be eaten raw but their extract is sold as a marmalade type or syrup.

And then there is the easy way - you can get 1000 mg Vitamin C pills from the drugstore

Try the link below for the lowdown on Vitamin C. Also, try an over the counter suplement called Emergen-C. It is the best stuff ever! Every time I feel i'm coming down with something, I double up on it and I don't catch a cold!

Also try pomogranite juice, aronas juice, OJ of course. They are all high in Vitamin C.

I hope you feel better soon.

Orange juice. Drinking cold orange juice in the mornings gets rid of stuffy noses.

Something fun to eat is gummie candies (like, the kids ones with Finding Nemo and Scooby). They taste good and they're FULL of Vitamin C.
